Privacy Policy

ReplyLike is built around private conversations. This policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices you have.

Scope and the short version

This policy applies to the ReplyLike Android app, our website, and related support services.

The short version

We use your screenshot to generate replies, but we do not save the screenshot. We do not sell personal information, run ads, or use ad trackers. You can clear personalization memory or delete your account in the app, and contact us for access or correction requests.

Information we process

Information you provide

  • Account information: display name, email address, encrypted password credentials, and verification or password-reset records.
  • Onboarding profile: birth date, age derived from that date, languages, job or role, company or field, country, and optional context you choose to provide.
  • Conversation screenshots: the single image you select for a reply request.
  • Reply preferences: selected mode and tone, additional instructions, and personalization information learned from use.
  • Support messages: information you include when you contact us.

Information created when you use ReplyLike

  • Session identifiers, generation counts, request status, timestamps, image file type and size, latency, and error information.
  • Generated reply options and compact conversation context kept temporarily so you can change tone or regenerate without uploading the screenshot again.
  • Safe, relevant writing preferences and event details used for personalization. Screenshot-derived events are marked for review; ordinary events expire within 30 days and clearly identified major events may be retained for up to 365 days.
  • Subscription information: Google Play product, plan, purchase-token hash, subscription status, renewal status, and expiration time. ReplyLike does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

How screenshots are handled

When you choose a screenshot, the app sends it over an encrypted connection to ReplyLike's service. The image is held in memory only long enough to analyze the conversation and generate your reply.

ReplyLike does not write screenshots to its database or file storage. We may store the image's file type and byte size as operational metadata, but not the image itself or a full transcript of the conversation.

The app uses Android's system photo picker, so it does not request broad access to your photo library.

How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, secure, and maintain ReplyLike.
  • Generate reply options and apply the tone or instructions you select.
  • Authenticate accounts, send verification and password-reset messages, and manage sessions.
  • Apply usage limits, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
  • Comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the service.

Service providers and disclosures

We share information only when needed to operate ReplyLike:

  • AI processing: selected screenshots, derived conversation context, and relevant personalization details are processed through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio in our configured Singapore workspace to generate replies.
  • Infrastructure: hosting, database, network, and security providers process limited data on our behalf.
  • Email delivery: our email provider processes your address and transactional message content.
  • Google Play: Google processes purchases and provides ReplyLike with subscription status so we can grant and restore paid access.

We may also disclose information if legally required, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

  • Screenshots and full transcripts: not stored by ReplyLike.
  • Reply transformation context: expires after 24 hours by default and is routinely removed.
  • Additional tone instructions: used for that request and not stored.
  • Screenshot-derived event memory: ordinary events expire within 30 days; clearly identified major events may last up to 365 days unless removed sooner.
  • Profile details and preferences: kept until cleared where available, corrected through support, or the account is deleted.
  • Account and operational records: kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, or service-integrity purposes.

Your controls and rights

You can clear personalization memory without deleting your account, or permanently delete the account and associated data, from the app's Profile screen.

If you cannot access the app, use our web deletion page. Email [email protected] to request access to or correction of account information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or to receive a portable copy of information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and international processing

We use encrypted network connections, hashed passwords and verification codes, limited-access server credentials, and encrypted session storage on Android. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

ReplyLike and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Children

ReplyLike is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in their country to consent to an online service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and delete it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as ReplyLike changes. We will post the revised version here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
